Dr. Sean Elliott's primary practice is at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN). Dr. Elliott also runs a clinic for adults with spina bifida and cerebral palsy at Gillette Lifetime Clinic in Saint Paul, MN. Dr. Elliott is licensed in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin. So, if you live in one of these states, he is able to see you by video visit direct to your home.

If you outside of the these states then we can still offer you surgery in Minneapolis but cannot offer an official video visit because Dr. Elliott is not licensed in your state. Clicking on one of these states will take you to a form that you can complete and, if we feel we are able to meet your needs, we will reach out to arrange a video introduction with Dr. Elliott. At that time he can discuss your surgical needs and help you determine if a trip to Minneapolis is right for you.
