Dr. Elliott is licensed in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin.  We can still offer you surgery in Minneapolis but cannot offer an official video visit because Dr. Elliott is not licensed in your state. Please complete the form below and, if we feel we are able to meet your needs, we will reach out to arrange a Zoom introduction with Dr. Elliott. At that time he can discuss your surgical needs and help you determine if a trip to Minneapolis is right for you.
